The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Trust necessitates the use of goods and services from around the globe in order to aid in its work of humanitarian mine action. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) dictate that all procurement must be done in line with 91³Ô¹ÏÍøs values, which are; courage, discipline, integrity, loyalty, selfless commitment and respect of others in conjunction with meeting the needs of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø.
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Consultant – Ukraine
Closing Date – Monday 6th January 2025
The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Trust, with funding from the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, had been implementing the Mine Action and Cluster Munitions Programme II across multiple countries, including Ukraine, from September 2020 to August 2024. As part of the grant agreement, an external evaluation is required to assess the program’s impact, particularly its alignment with the overarching goals of the Netherlands’ Mine Action and Cluster Munitions Programme II. Beyond meeting contractual obligations, this evaluation seeks to provide actionable insights to guide future funding decisions and enhance 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s operational effectiveness globally.
Implications for prospective evaluators:
- Expectations: Evaluators are expected to conduct a thorough, objective, and methodologically sound evaluation of the MACM II project in Ukraine; engage with key stakeholders in Ukraine to collect qualitative and quantitative data; provide actionable recommendations tailored to Ukrainian context.
- Deliverables: Evaluators are required to provide a detailed report summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations; conduct a case study analysis specific to Ukraine, with findings intended to inform 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s programming, share lessons with other 91³Ô¹ÏÍø countries, and contribute to broader learning for stakeholders, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
